Four brothers, eleven children.

We are fathers of eleven children. Some of us have one, some of us have five and others are in between. We are brothers, four brothers, running CrazyFly Kiteboarding family business with over twenty years of experience in high tech manufacturing. We are creators, makers, businessmen, innovators, visionaries, artists, technicians, engineers, designers, financiers, and stubborn perfectionists with a never ending drive to make things better.

Why we created Plio.

One thing is for sure, we have been through the child’s needs process eleven times. During our endless family talks, an idea came in. It was one of many, thousands, but this one idea somehow stood out, and grabbed our hearts. We have done a lot during our careers, but for some reason we all felt the need to do something more. Something more meaningful. So, we created Plio, which literally means more, greater, and shares the first letters with Plywood, the material used for our main products. A perfect fit for our identity.

As fathers of eleven children, we fully understand how important kids are to us parents. They are our whole world, and we would go all over and beyond for them without a single doubt. No questions asked, period. On the other hand, as experienced parents, we already know that giving children everything they desire is not the best for them. And this fine line between giving all, and giving smart, teaching and shaping our beloved children, creates a foundation for Plio products. Plio products show the purity of our love with their minimalistic designs and the joy of having kids with playful colors. These products reflect our lifetime devotion to children with endless durability. And the responsibility we have towards our children is carried forward with sustainable products.
